The problem. A publishing house running its catalogue, its warehouse and its direct sales as three disconnected operations, with stock and order information that had to be reconciled by hand.
What we built. A complete ERP with warehousing and an e-commerce storefront on top of it, so the catalogue, stock and online orders are one system rather than three that have to agree with each other.
The situation
Rajhans Prakashan is one of Maharashtra's most respected Marathi book publishing houses, with a large catalogue and a readership across the state and the diaspora.
Publishing, warehousing and selling direct are three different operations. Run on separate tools, the stock position, the catalogue and the order book have to be reconciled by hand — and they disagree.
What we built
A complete ERP covering the catalogue and the warehouse, with an e-commerce platform built on the same data.
The website showcases the catalogue, supports online book discovery and serves readers across Maharashtra and the diaspora — reading from the same records the warehouse works against.
