Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, penalties, judgments, settlements, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

- Breach of any applicable law

- Client-supplied content
- Violation of third-party intellectual property rights

This indemnity obligation shall survive termination of services and these Terms.

12. Termination
