The problem. Every institution in the group ran its own website independently, which meant no shared admissions or notice workflow, no consistent way to publish across wings, and no single place to make a change that had to appear everywhere.
What we built. A multi-site platform on one unified CMS. The group deploys and manages each school site centrally, and every school carries its own sub-sites for pre-primary, primary and secondary wings without a separate build for each.
The situation
Deccan Education Society is one of Pune's most prominent educational institutions, running a group of schools and colleges that each need their own public web presence.
Each institution had its own site, built and maintained separately. Wings within a school — pre-primary, primary, secondary — needed their own pages, their own notices and their own admissions information, but there was no shared structure to hang them on.
What we built
A dynamic multi-site platform running on a single content management system. The group deploys a new school site from the same framework rather than commissioning a new build, and each school carries sub-sites for its individual wings.
Today 10+ main school websites and 16+ sub-school sites run on the same platform, managed centrally.
